Fans are creating their own worlds for Uru: Complete Chronicles, currently the best available form of Uru. Cyan Worlds' plan for MO:RE (Myst Online: Restoration Experiment) calls for the release of the official tools the company used to create Uru to the public for use in a multiplayer format. With MO:RE currently on hold due to financial crisis, fans will have to wait a while before this will happen.
